Insurance Offerings
We offer eligible employees an ICHRA Plan. An ICHRA Plan is an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Agreement. An eligible employee is one who has worked at least 60 days for us and works an average of 30 or more hours per week.
After 90 days of employment, full time employees of 18 years of age, will be offered the opportunity to access various supplemental insurances.
