Our line cooks play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Bear Flag recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to stay organized and multitask under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment

Compensación: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
