- Must have a keen eye to detail and organization.
- Must have a strong understanding of restaurant sanitation protocol.

- Ability to manage Opentable reservation system to maximize seating capacity of multiple dining spaces without compromising dining experience.
- Going above and beyond greeting and seating customers- creating a warm, welcoming hospitality environment for every single patron.
- Garnering a deep level of understanding of restaurant systems and how each position works together to create a meaningful guest experience.
- Gaining intimate menu knowledge, having a strong desire for professional growth, and being the driving force of your own education.
- Reading and anticipating guests' needs, fielding inquiries, and answering guests' questions or guide them to the right person who can.
- Consistently and accurately executing responsibilities, including clear communication with all team members and accuracy in the ordering system.
- Maintaining a strong attention to detail and ensuring every step of service and plate of food is executed with the highest quality and professionalism.
- Caring for all members of the team with equal compassion and reverence.
- Working with the management team to promptly address and correct any customer service issues, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
- Treating the restaurant facilities with respect and maintaining a sense of personal ownership. Being a steward of the restaurant and leaving things better than how you found them. This involves daily cleaning duties and everyone "owning" shared common spaces.
- Understanding that while every person on a team needs to execute their specific job, we also need to visualize how we may individually contribute to the overall success of the organization, and we must all have a willingness to go above and beyond our specific job duties to create a positive work culture.
