- Greet all customers with a smile and a friendly greeting.
- Assist and take customer’s orders.
- Employ approved suggestive selling techniques to help customers who are undecided.
- Operate a cash register.
- Perform side work duties as directed by manager.
- Clean tables and counters in the dining room area.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility.
- Control the food flow from the kitchen to fellow Servers and for Delivery (if applicable).
- Responsible for communicating special instructions between the Kitchen Staff, Servers, Delivery Staff and Management.
- Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.
- Stock food products, performside work duties as directed by manager, clean tables and counters in the dining room area, and maintain cleanliness of their work station.
- Verify food for consistency.
- Organize orders for table deployment.
- Make drinks, take orders, clear and clean tables, and ensure work area is clean and orderly.
- 3-6 months cash operating experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- 1 year plus of recent Customer Service experience.
- Comfortable standing for entire shift.
- Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Comfortable with operating a cash register.
- Flexible on hours.
- Work independently.
- Work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
