What You’ll Do

Greet guests and create a welcoming dining experience
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
Check in on guests to ensure satisfaction
Handle payments and basic cash procedures
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to keep service running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all food safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Positive attitude and team mindset
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift trays
