- Follow all JTR Group policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
- Must be able to go up & down stairs
- Knowledgeable in Isla's/Connor's products sold
- Must be able obtain Tulsa County Food Handlers Permit & Oklahoma Able Liquor license
- Must be friendly, personable, informative, professional, and alert to guests’ needs
- Responsible for ensuring market items are prepped and stocked
- Welcome patrons, assist patrons from entry to check out as needed and help ensure the quality of facilities, products, and service
- Loading and unloading food items of different varieties
- Work closely with production and prep in the market itself
- Dealing directly with customers daily and providing superior customer service
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to Manager pm Duty
- Complete all side work tasks prescribed by Manager on Duty
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all staff
- Have knowledge of service, food, and beverage with at least 1 year of experience in front of house operations (or 1 year of customer service experience)
- Be able to do basic math calculations
- Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 5 hours
