Job Description
Purpose of the work: The Rib Grill position functions as an intermediary for Push and Pull. Rib Gill's cook is responsible for cooking fresh seafood and ribs and maintaining constant communication with the line's Push and Pull stations.
Job Tasks
Declaration(s) of essential functions
• Adheres to all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Grill all ribs.
• Cook all seafood.
• Ensures ribs are cooked on the spot.
• Follow the prime rib cooking recipe from start to finish.
• Meets all cooking time standards for melted items.
• Understand the cost of food.
• Restock items from the rib station throughout the shift.
• Understand caramelization. This is the most important part of the grilled prime rib station.
• Communicates with the line and follows up on callbacks.
• May be responsible for cutting Prime Rib.
• Understands equipment usage and calibration.
• Set up and disassemble the station according to the proper guidelines.
• Maintains proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Maintains proper uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
• The ability to have fun at work!

• Experience as a line cook is preferred.
