Position: Server
Reports to: Assistant Manager

Overview:
As a Server at Four Leaves, you are not just a part of our team; you are the ambassador of our brand, the face of our hospitality, and the guide for our guests through a journey of culinary delight. Your role is pivotal in creating an ambiance that echoes our commitment to exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Engagement: Provide guests with a warm welcome, assist them in making informed food and beverage selections, and offer recommendations that align with their preferences.
  • Efficient Service: Present food and beverage orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Dining Ambiance: Contribute to a pleasant dining atmosphere through attentive service, engaging interactions, and a keen eye for the dining environment.
  • Operational Support: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that each guest’s experience meets our high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a serving role, preferably in a similar dining environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
