Part Time • Easy Tiger Bakery
 Preventative Maintenance Technician 

The Preventative Maintenance Technician is a key member of the bakery maintenance team and is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of the equipment and grounds in assigned areas, and necessary maintenance for the property. 

Reports to: Bakery Operations Manager 
Grade Level: Hourly / Non-Exempt / Part-Time 

Essential Functions: 
  • Inspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep equipment in functioning and serviceable condition 
  • Perform or assists with special projects at the Linc Bakery location 
  • Performs or assists with general cleaning projects for bakery equipment and general custodial maintenance 
  • Perform or assist with painting projects as needed 
  • Reports any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate 
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Bakery Operations Manager 
Qualifications: 
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred 
  • Must be able to follow food safety protocol and basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks 
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 50+ lbs
  • Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling 
  • Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
