We are seeking a professional, confident Manager who is a hands-on leader, enjoys interacting with staff and guests, and who understands and appreciates the importance of putting the guest first. Proven ability in training staff, floor management, and executing all aspects of a bar. Warm, upbeat hospitality combined with a strong service background is a must. Nightlife experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages in compliance with all local, state and Federal beverage and liquor laws; maintains sanitation standards.
  • Understands beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, and inventory.
  • Monitors adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Trains staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
  •  Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Ensures employees understand expectations and parameters.
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
  • Responds effectively to guest problems and complaints.
  • Active and savvy social media presence
Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bar manager in a high-volume environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record and work history
  • Excellent ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of cost controls such as manpower, productivity, food and liquor costs
  • Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of company
Certifications: 
  • Must have or be able to obtain Alcohol Beverage Control Responsible Beverage Service Training certification  
  • Current Food Handlers Permit OR Manager Serve Safe Certificate
Compensation: $67,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
