We are looking to hire Servers/Bartenders for our team at Locale! A Server/Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They can assess a customer’s requests and like to make great recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a welcoming smile, be engaging with our guests
Must be fully knowledgeable of our menu
Guide guests with recommendation’s and be aware of allergy issues
Effectively take guests orders
Running your food orders if the food runners get backed up
Must be able to correctly work a POS system
Properly handle cash and other forms of payments
Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age
Communicate with our kitchen team on any manners pertaining to any guest requirement
Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines
Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada

What we are looking for:

Must have at least one year of prior serving experience
Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
Candidate must be at least 21 years old
Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
