- Assist the GM in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the KM to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff, ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Manager inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquires, concerns and complaints in a professional manner, starving to provide exceptional service at all times.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and increastt brand awareness within the local community.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ad hearing to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Must be able to multitask and equally work in the BOH and FOH when needed.
- Previous experiences in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and staff from all backgrounds.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office and restaurant software (e.g Toast POS, Restaurant365)
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Must be able to lift over 30 lbs without assistance.
- A working knowledge or some working experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
