Duties and Supporting Responsibilities include:
- Fostering and maintaining a creative, clean, and organized bar
- Establishing the highest standard of menu knowledge and diligence of service on the floor
- Readiness to participate in extensive food and drink knowledge training
- Great communication skills and a willingness to engage with guests and team members in a professional and dignified manner
- Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by the Manager
- Able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift and may be required to lift to 20lbs. occasionally, shifts until 3 AM on weekends.
- Holiday availability is required, as well as Sundays.
