We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about providing exemplary service to our staff and customers.

This position is for a Front of House (FOH) Manager who will assist in overseeing staff to achieve the high level of customer satisfaction we're known for. We are looking for a manager with restaurant experience, excellent leadership skills, and an ability to maintain a pleasant, professional atmosphere.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a FOH setting. We value candidates who have both FOH and BOH experience. Pay starts at $16 per hour and may be higher depending on experience and qualifications.  This is a part-time position with the ability to also be a Server/Cocktail.   

Responsibilities:
  • Managing inventory so that all necessary items are stocked for service
  • Providing training to facilitate quick acclimation
  • Creating schedules
  • Setting regular cleaning standards and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
  • Streamlining the FOH processes to maintain prompt service times
  • Supervise the floor to ensure everything is running smoothly

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
Compensation: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
