This position is for a Front of House (FOH) Manager who will assist in overseeing staff to achieve the high level of customer satisfaction we're known for. We are looking for a manager with restaurant experience, excellent leadership skills, and an ability to maintain a pleasant, professional atmosphere.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a FOH setting. We value candidates who have both FOH and BOH experience. Pay starts at $16 per hour and may be higher depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position with the ability to also be a Server/Cocktail.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory so that all necessary items are stocked for service
- Providing training to facilitate quick acclimation
- Creating schedules
- Setting regular cleaning standards and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
- Streamlining the FOH processes to maintain prompt service times
- Supervise the floor to ensure everything is running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Proven work experience as a manager (3-5 years preferred)
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
- Conflict resolution
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
