- Leadership Skills: As a Dining Room Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations, and helping to deliver a high-quality guest experience. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can provide guidance and motivation to the team.

- Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.
- Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team during shifts
- Assisting with training and coaching staff to ensure high-quality service
- Providing constructive feedback to team members to foster growth and improvement
- Ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and ready for service at all times
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care
- Collaborating with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Upholding Amaro’s Table’s standards of hospitality and service
- 1-2 Years of Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for providing excellent guest experiences and supporting a high level of service.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to engage with guests, staff, and management effectively.
- Ability to Give and Receive Feedback: A commitment to personal and team growth through constructive feedback.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to manage a busy dining room while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Availability: Ability to work nights and weekends.
