Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

As a Manager, you are responsible for supporting the GM & AGM with the overall health and positive growth of your team and store, providing an excellent internal and external customer experience through the successful achievement of the essential responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented culture
- Train and Retain: build a full and highly productive team who positively contribute to Sidecar’s culture and growth
- Build a leadership pipeline through ongoing coaching and development, preparing your team for leadership opportunities
- Control operation costs according to targets set forth by Sidecar (labor, food, store maintenance)
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales growth according to targets set forth by Sidecar
- Maintain a clean store at all times
- Keep the doughnut display full of high-quality & fresh doughnuts at all times
- Provide an excellent customer experience:
  - Warm and welcoming greeting, music vibe and level, positive energy, product sampling, clean and full display, clean store and uniforms, friendly interactions from start to finish, fresh and great tasting product
- Provide an excellent team member experience
  - Welcoming, safe, positive, and fun work environment, clearly communicate expectations and growth opportunities, provide honest feedback with consistent accountability, give recognition, plan team bonding activities
Complete various administrative responsibilities timely and adequately
- Onboarding, Orientation, Training, Ordering, Invoices, Time Audits, Workers Comp Claims

Compensation: $22.28 per hour
