Position Overview:
As a Steward at Lillian's, you will play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. You will assist the culinary team by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and readily available. Your work will help keep our kitchen efficient, organized, and ready for service.

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing area, including floors and surfaces.
Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed.
Ensure kitchen waste is disposed of properly and recycling is sorted.
Support the kitchen team by maintaining an organized supply of clean utensils, cookware, and equipment.
Uphold food safety standards and help maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Willingness to learn and assist with kitchen tasks as needed.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
