- Managing the daily food operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of all employees in the back of the house.
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Optimize profits and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and quality of food.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
