The FOH Team Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and supporting the FOH team. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while fostering a positive work environment.

- Lead by example in service, professionalism, and standard operating procedures
- Supporting and assisting FOH staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Train & mentor new employees to uphold operating procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor dining areas to maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service flow
- Assist with floor management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Cash handling and shift deposits
- Encouragement of staff for upsale and per ticket sales increase
