As a host/hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

We're on the hunt for talented, happy, and driven associates who thrive in the culinary world.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
Take reservations and manage the waitlist
Answer phone calls and provide information to callers
Assist in seating guests during peak hours
Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong guest relations and customer service abilities
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of food service procedures and basic menu items
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Familiarity with phone etiquette and using a POS system

Compensation: $12.41 - $13.00 per hour
