Position Overview:
As a Server, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience in your assigned section. This role requires efficiency, multitasking, and a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service, addressing guest needs with urgency and professionalism.
Greet guests warmly and engage with a positive, approachable attitude.
Handle guest concerns promptly and find solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Answer menu and promotional inquiries knowledgeably.
Use promotional strategies to enhance guest experience and sales.
Follow service steps, food allergy protocols, and dietary restrictions to ensure safety.
Operate POS systems and handle payments efficiently.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete required training.
Collaborate with team members and follow restaurant policies.
Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth operations.

Key Qualifications:

Proven ability to provide efficient, friendly service across multiple tables.
Skilled in accurately recording orders and handling financial transactions.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to carry food and beverages, and safely handle equipment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate tight spaces.

Compensation: $2.13 - $2.13 per hour
