SA/BACK SERVERS:
Back Servers at the Restaurant are the Server’s main line of support and play an integral role in creating a professional, organized, and unique experience for all our guests. At the core of our front-of-house team, back servers have the guest's interest as the utmost priority. We don’t have customers, we have Guests. Essential Duties:
Back servers are responsible for ensuring that all tables are properly set, unneeded items are cleared, settings for each course are set prior to the item(s) arriving, waters/coffee are refilled, and tables are cleaned and reset in a timely manner. This position is a high guest contact role and successful back servers take initiative and study all food and beverage menus to better acquaint themselves with our offerings and potentially answer questions guests may have.
Throughout the shift, back servers will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, cocktail area, server stations, and specific back of house areas. Pre-opening, ongoing, and end of shift side work will be completed daily.

Food runners provide friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service of food with established quality and time standards. Maintain a high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant, not only at the tables, but throughout its entirety. Support server, bartenders, and all team members by delivering correct food to our guests. Food Runner will facilitate collaboration between our kitchen, wait staff and guests.

Qualifications:
- Reads English,
- Stands for 5 to 7 hours,
- Lifts 20-50pounds.
- Able to properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food to guests.
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed the guest’s expectations.
- Ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
Qualifications:
- An ideal back server candidate will have to embrace hospitality.
- Has at least one year of experience in an upscale restaurant
- Enjoy engaging with guests and can think creatively when it comes to going above and beyond with service execution.
- Thrive in a teamwork-based environment.
- Aspire of advancement in the restaurant and or hospitality industry.
- Exercise respect/professionalism by coming to work on time, prepared, and in a clean and pressed uniform.
This position requires advanced verbal and written English communication and presentation skills. While we try and give everyone a consistent schedule, flexibility with availability is expected. This position requires full mobility in a fast-paced environment and applicants for this job require employees to walk up and down stairs as well as lift, push, and or pull up to 30 pounds.
Compensation: $9.98 - $13.00 per hour
