What’s in It for You?
- Competitive Pay: $14–$16/hour plus tips averaging + $6/hr to total $20-$22/hour
- Flexible Mornings: 2–3 days a week, ~3–4 hours per shift—perfect for early birds who love afternoons free. Evening hours are also an option.

Your Day-to-Day Canvas
- Decorate & Finish Cakes – Setup, frost, and transform cakes into Cold Stone’s signature ice-cream masterpieces.
- Customize with Care – Tweak flavors, colors, and messages to match guest requests while keeping every detail flawless.
- Build & Prep – Build cakes with pre-baked cake, ice cream, and mix ins
- Sanitation & Records – Keep your workstation spotless, label everything, and complete simple production logs to maintain consistency and food safety.
Who We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated cake-decorating experience (send those photos to office@coldstonereno.com — we can’t wait to see!). Even if you do not have photos tell us about your experience.
- Laser-sharp attention to detail—the difference between “good” and “gorgeous” is in the millimeters.
- Comfortable working solo and managing your own pace without supervision.
- Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
