What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant management experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate and energize a team
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
- Dependable, organized, and ready to jump into any role as needed
- A people-first mindset with a passion for coaching and development
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
