801 Chophouse Denver is hiring for a Server Assistant/Busser.
This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) front of the house (FOH) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink.

Requirements & Expectations:
- This position assists service staff to ensure efficiency & a positive guest experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-end / fine dining establishment is desired.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work 4-5 days, any day of the week, including evenings, weekends & some holidays.
- The ideal candidate is a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with the public while maintaining a strong sense of hospitality, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly while demonstrating warmth & professionalism to guests in a busy, fast-paced / high-stress environment.
- Ability to maintain regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
- Physical ability to frequently lift bus pans and trays weighing up to 50lbs while maintaining balance to avoid drops and spills
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
Server Assistant/Busser is paid hourly rate plus tips.
Compensation: $15.79 per hour
