As a Village Inn General Manager, you will: 
 
Lead by example, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest and every team member.

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant performance.

Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.

Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety.

Drive sales and manage budgets while keeping costs in check.

Build strong community connections and promote local store marketing initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Create staffing schedules that balance business needs with team work-life harmony.
