Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for reliable Part-Time Team Members to join our kitchen crew.
This is a versatile role for anyone who can work in a fast paced environment and take pride in the quality of the food they produce and service they provide. Responsibilities include food preparation, answering phones, assisting customers, and completing nightly cleaning tasks.

Current Hiring Needs:
  • Ideal Shifts/Availability: Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00pm to 9:00pm
  • Weekly Hours: 15-25 hours
  • Number of Hires: 4
Pay and Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $12.50 per hour with regular opportunities for raises as you complete training across each station.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, store, and supply high-quality ingredients to our exacting standards. Operate the pizza line, ovens, and prep stations to produce award-winning pizzas quickly and accurately.
  • Service: Handle customer interactions professionally, whether in person or answering phone orders.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a clean workspace and assist teammates across all stations to keep up with high-volume demand.
  • Versatility: While primarily a kitchen role, the ability to help across any shop responsibility is highly rewarded. For example, assisting with local deliveries if needed is a huge plus (requires valid license and insurance) that we offer a higher hourly rate for.
Requirements:
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for an entire shift and work efficiently in a hot kitchen environment.
  • Precision: Must be able to follow recipes, assemble pizzas to exacting standards, and operate kitchen tools (knives, ovens, etc) safely.
  • Attitude: A positive, "whatever it takes" mindset. We desire reliable, punctual team members who are ready to work as part of a team.
  • Dress Code: We provide Brenz t-shirts and a hat. Team Members must provide their own slip-resistant shoes.
