Food runners provide friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service of food with established quality and time standards. Maintain a high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant, not only at the tables, but throughout its entirety. Support server, bartenders, and all team members by delivering correct food to our guests. Food Runner will facilitate collaboration between our kitchen, wait staff and guests.

Essential Duties:
Food Runner responsibilities include Compiling all plates & proper sides for each ticket, serving food orders for in-house guests, bagging takeout orders, and maintaining proper work station cleanliness.

Founded in 1974 by the father and son team of Charley and Ron Woodsby, Talk of the Town Restaurant Group encompasses six restaurants in the Central Florida area, including Charley’s Steak House, FishBones, Texas Cattle Company and Vito’s Chop House. The locally owned, Orlando based company has a long-standing history of success in the restaurant industry. Ron’s son, Clark Woodsby has since joined the company as Executive Vice President to continue three generations of the family's restaurant business.
