Job Summary
Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing food according to recipe standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team through all back-of-house operations. You will rotate through stations such as prep, fry, grill, and salad—and everyone contributes to keeping the kitchen clean, including dishwashing.
We provide simple procedures, organized systems, and all the tools you need to perform well.

- Prepare food to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work all kitchen stations (prep, fry, grill, salad) with consistency
- Support your team and communicate with respect
- Arrive on time in proper uniform, ready to work with focus and urgency

Qualifications
- Must be 16 or older
- Reliable transportation
- Restaurant experience preferred, but not required for the right work ethic
- Ability to work with urgency, stay organized, and follow procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
