(Mailchimp-Focused | Multi-Location Brands)

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~45–50 hours per week (hours may increase during peak seasons)
Salary: $44,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing / Marketing Operations Coordinator with strong Mailchimp expertise to manage and optimize email marketing for a multi-location family entertainment brand.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining email campaign delivery, Mailchimp structure and automation, and performance reporting. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership to ensure email marketing is organized, scalable, accurate, and measurable across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Mailchimp Ownership (70–80%)

  • Own execution and optimization of email marketing in Mailchimp

  • Configure and maintain Mailchimp architecture for multiple locations, audiences, campaigns, and automations

  • Build, schedule, test, QA, and deploy event, seasonal, and recurring campaigns

  • Manage segmentation using audiences, tags, groups, and automations

  • Maintain a master email calendar (Google Sheets)

  • Coordinate email timing with paid Facebook/Instagram campaigns

  • Ensure accuracy across all campaigns (links, dates, locations, ticket URLs)

  • Identify opportunities to improve deliverability, organization, and efficiency

Reporting & Marketing Operations (20–30%)

  • Monitor and report on email performance and engagement trends

  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance summaries

  • Pull and summarize data from Meta, website, and ticketing platforms

  • Identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities

  • Ensure leadership has visibility into performance and results

Marketing Operations Support

  • Manage Google Business listings (events, seasonal updates, hours)

  • Publish and pin event-related social posts aligned with email campaigns
     (execution only — no content creation required)

  • Update website event schedules and special events

  • Spot-check ticket links and escalate issues promptly

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on Mailchimp experience

  • Experience with segmentation, automations, and reporting

  • Event-based or promotional email marketing experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple timelines across locations

  • Proficient in Google Sheets and performance reporting

  • Clear written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-location, franchise, or retail brands

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or cross-channel reporting

  • Experience supporting ticketing or conversion-based campaigns

  • Basic CMS experience (WordPress or similar)
