Bring exceptional events to life as Reid’s Fine Foods’ Catering Coordinator. This highly organized, customer-focused professional will manage catering orders from initial inquiry through final delivery, while coordinating with clients, chefs, and team members to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-driven, sales-minded, and comfortable balancing food preparation, administration, and local deliveries.

What you’ll do

Oversee catering orders from start to finish
Serve as the main contact for catering inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Help clients with menu selections, pricing, delivery or pickup details, and special requests
Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and invoices accurately and on time
Coordinate with kitchen, retail, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
Assist chefs with food production, plating, and order assembly as needed
Manage delivery routes based on timing and event location
Maintain order accuracy, presentation standards, and catering schedules
Help with on-site setup, breakdown, and event support when needed
Keep records, client databases, and sales reports up to date
Identify upsell opportunities and help grow catering sales

What you’ll need

Strong organization and attention to detail
Great customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well with team members, managers, and clients
Sales and marketing confidence to support catering growth
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation for local deliveries

Keep work areas clean and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Follow food safety and company policies
Participate in training and development opportunities
Partner with the Catering Sales Manager and regional coordinators on promotions and sales efforts

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
