Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Cooks to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using healthy natural ingredients. You are passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience through quality food and service. With previous experience as a cook, you can manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious, gourmet food
  • Demonstrate positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
  • You have an eye for detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
  • Exhibit teamwork and effective communication
  • Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, garnish, grill
  • Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism
Qualifications

  • 1+ year of high volume restaurant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
