The Mission
They say no one can cook without a clean pan, and they’re right! As a Porter at Coopershill, you are the unsung hero who keeps the gears turning. You aren’t just "washing dishes"—you’re managing the flow of the kitchen, ensuring the chefs have what they need to create magic, and keeping our space sparkling. Whether you’re an aspiring chef or just looking for a solid team to join, this is where the action starts.

A Day in the Life
  • Master of the Machine: You’ll conquer the dish pit, keeping utensils, cookware, and plates ready for their next big moment.
  • The Clean Team: From countertops to fryers, you’ll keep our kitchen looking like a million bucks.
  • The Logistics Pro: Help us welcome the delivery trucks and get that fresh produce organized and stored properly.
  • Safety First: You’re the guardian of the floors. Sweep, mop, and keep the "slip-and-slides" to a minimum.
  • Kitchen Wingman: Need to help prep some veggies or organize the cooler? You’re the go-to person who keeps the team winning.
Are You Our Next Hero?
You don’t need a fancy degree or years of experience—we’ll teach you the ropes! We’re just looking for someone who fits the bill:

The Must-Haves:
  • High Energy: You like staying busy and moving fast.
  • Grit: You don't mind a bit of heat, water, or heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs). 
  • Reliability: You show up ready to crush it every shift.
The "Bonus" Points
  •  Kitchen Savvy: You’ve worked in a restaurant before.
  • Certified: You already have a Food Handler’s card.
  • Future Chef: You have a passion for food and want to learn.

The Bottom Line: If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and don’t mind a fast-paced environment with a great soundtrack (the kitchen hum!), we want to meet you.
