We’re looking for a reliable, early-morning team member to handle dough preparation and food prep before we open. If you like working independently, staying organized, and being the reason the whole day runs smoothly — this role is for you.
This is a great position for someone who prefers morning hours and a steady routine.
⏰ Schedule
- Morning shift (4-5hours) Flexible hours no later than 9:00 am start
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh pizza dough daily (mixing, scaling, proofing)
- Portion and prep ingredients (vegetables, meats, cheeses)
- Follow Mountain Mike’s recipes and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area
- Stock and rotate inventory (FIFO)
- Assist with light cleaning and opening tasks
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable and punctual (early mornings matter here)
- Able to lift 30–50 lbs
- Comfortable working independently
- Food handler card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but not required
