Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and speed

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards

Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper stock rotation

Work collaboratively with the culinary team during prep and service

Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively

Contribute to a positive, focused kitchen environment

Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen

Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

Food Handler s / ServeSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift 30+ lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
