RESTAURANT MANAGER

You are an action oriented leader; driven to deliver operational results and are known for your commitment to excellence and quality. You are driven to assure the delivery of an Exceptional Hospitality Experience. You develop relationships with the guests you serve and provide clear direction to those who report to you. As a successful manager, you understand the importance of your Human Capital Management accountabilities and assuring the established standards and procedures are followed. Your leadership skills allow you to set the example for your team.

You have a high attention to detail and take pride in doing things right while applying your management and people skills. People acknowledge your leadership and integrity, work well under pressure and have excellent listening, communications and organizational skills. 

You are very good at identifying potential problems; subordinates and peers often come to you for direction. You calmly and methodically apply your management skills to the situation through to resolution. You like things to be done right and will use your excellent communication skills to work with others to collect the information you will need to resolve the potential problem. You are often recognized for your patience and have a proven track record as a high performer.

You should have experience in managing high performing teams. You are self-driven with a strong work ethic and work well with minimum supervision. You are approachable and have a sense of urgency for delivering value-add to your guests. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager is a must. 
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
