Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for a full-time Team Lead to help lead our Dublin shop.

We are a growing pizza company built around high-quality food, great hospitality, clean stores, and strong teams. The Team Lead helps keep the restaurant running smoothly by leading by example, supporting daily operations, and making sure every guest has a great experience.

What You’ll Do

The Team Lead helps support the General Manager and leadership team during daily operations. Responsibilities include:

  •  Lead shifts and support team members during busy service periods 
  •  Help maintain Brenz standards for food quality, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality 
  •  Train and coach team members 
  •  Help manage opening and closing procedures 
  •  Assist with prep, cooking, boxing, cleaning, and other restaurant tasks as needed 
  •  Support inventory counts, ordering, and food cost control 
  •  Help maintain health department and food safety standards 
  •  Communicate clearly with team members, drivers, guests, and managers 
  •  Help create a positive, organized, and accountable work environment 
  •  Support scheduling and labor management when needed 
  •  Help resolve guest issues professionally and quickly 
  •  Lead by example every shift 
What We’re Looking For

The right person for this role is dependable, organized, hands-on, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need to care, work hard, and be willing to learn.

Ideal candidates will have:

  •  Restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience 
  •  Prior leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred 
  •  Strong communication skills 
  •  A positive attitude and team-first mindset 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Attention to detail with food quality, cleanliness, and service 
  •  Basic understanding of inventory, labor, and restaurant costs 
  •  Strong guest service and problem-solving skills 
  •  Ability to hold team members accountable while treating people with respect 
  •  Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed 
Requirements

Applicants must be:

  •  At least 18 years old 
  •  Able to work full-time 
  •  Able to stand for long periods of time 
  •  Able to lift 35–50 pounds 
  •  Comfortable working hands-on in the restaurant 
  •  Reliable, professional, and well-groomed 
  •  Able to push, pull, stretch, bend, and use hands/wrists continuously during a shift 
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
