Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for Team Members to join our Dublin shop.

We are a growing pizza company built around high-quality food, great hospitality, clean stores, and strong teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, likes a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

At Brenz, we believe great restaurants are built by great teams. As a Team Member, you will help make pizzas, take care of guests, keep the restaurant clean and organized, and support your teammates during each shift.

What You’ll Do

Team Members help with the daily operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:

  •  Prepare food and ingredients according to Brenz standards 
  •  Make, bake, cut, box, and serve pizzas 
  •  Take orders and assist guests with a positive attitude 
  •  Help keep the kitchen, lobby, restrooms, and work areas clean 
  •  Restock supplies and ingredients throughout the shift 
  •  Follow food safety and health department standards 
  •  Work with urgency during busy service periods 
  •  Communicate clearly with teammates and managers 
  •  Help with dishes, trash, sweeping, mopping, and closing tasks 
  •  Support the team wherever needed

Requirements

Applicants must be:

  •  At least 16 years old 
  •  Able to stand for long periods of time 
  •  Able to lift up to 35 pounds 
  •  Comfortable working in a restaurant kitchen 
  •  Able to push, pull, bend, stretch, and use hands/wrists throughout a shift 
  •  Available to work nights and weekends as needed 
  •  Reliable, professional, and well-groomed 
Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
