Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Personnel/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, with a primary focus on processing and entering invoices, maintaining accurate company databases, and handling basic cash management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Management
Cash Management
- Oversee petty cash funds, ensuring accurate logs and secure storage.
- Count, reconcile, and prepare daily cash deposits.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Invoicing & Accounting Support
- Process and input accurate invoices.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking.
Data Input & Office Administration
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, and vendors.
- Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general office correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience in safe cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Hands-on experience with invoice entry and cash reconciliation.
- Fast, accurate data entry skills and proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and numerical skills.
- Superior attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
