Nighttime Retail Reset & Stock Specialist!

Location: Robbie's of Islamorada, FL

When the sun goes down and the crowds clear out, our retail shop needs a dedicated team member to reset the stage! Because our store is packed with tourists all day, our daytime crew is non-stop with customers—leaving little time to keep shelves at 100%. We’re looking for a motivated Nighttime Retail Operations & Stock Associate to come in during late afternoons, evenings, and weekends to deep-stock, clean, and prep the store so every morning team opens for success.

If you thrive in an active, task-oriented role where you can work with focus, keep things organized, and take pride in a fully stocked, spotless shop, this is the job for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

The Ultimate Re-Stocker: Fill all clothing racks, gift displays, and product shelves to full capacity so the store is visually packed and ready for peak sales.
Store Reset & Cleaning: Sweep, mop, wipe down counter surfaces, dust displays, organize fitting rooms, and take out trash/recycling to keep the shop sparkling.
Next-Day Prep: Stage inventory, prep register areas, and ensure the opening crew steps into a organized, hassle-free environment every single morning.
Backroom & Inventory Maintenance: Unbox shipments, organize backroom stock shelves, and keep merchandise tagged and accessible.
Mid-Shift Support: Pitch in on the floor during busy evening rushes if extra hands are needed to assist guests or support the team.

What We're Looking For:

Self-Motivated & Task-Driven: You enjoy working efficiently with a clear checklist and take pride in transforming a space.
Organization & Detail Oriented: You have an eye for making displays look full, neat, and appealing.
Physical Stamina: Ability to bend, lift boxes (up to 40 lbs), stand, and stay active throughout your shift.
Reliability & Availability: Able to work late afternoon/evening weekday shifts and weekend hours.
Positive Attitude: A team-first mindset—you take pride in setting up your teammates for success!
