Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist guests with any questions, accommodate special requests, and ensure they feel cared for from arrival to departure.
Foster a Positive Atmosphere: Be the first impression of our restaurant, creating an inviting and upbeat environment for every guest.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Stay Calm Under Pressure: Handle busy periods with grace and professionalism, ensuring all guests are attended to in a timely manner.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage seating charts, waitlists, and special requests.
Calm and composed under pressure, even during the busiest shifts.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
