We’re looking for bartenders who are enthusiastic about craft cocktails and tiki culture, outgoing, have experience in casual fine dining and high-volume restaurants, and love having fun.
 
We are a high volume venue located in Downtown Dunedin and looking to add some true professionals to our team. We believe in a unique experience paired with a delicious cocktail.We’re looking for a bartender with craft, tiki, and rum knowledge, focused on sustainability and high quality tiki and tropical drinks. 

Bartenders must be classically trained in high volume craft cocktails. This position will allow for creativity and caters to a person that is a self-driven, highly organized mixologist looking to grow their skills.

Bartender Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in mixology/craft cocktails AND high volume
  • Extensive cocktail theory, history, and build knowledge
  • Excels in hospitality and guest relations, outgoing personality
  • Desire to grow, self motivated, eager to learn
  • Be able to work independently and with an intimate team
  • Be accustomed to multitasking in high volume situations
  • Be able to execute classics as well as create cocktails
  • Detail oriented, organized, clean, passionate, self-motivator
  • Tiki history and rum knowledge a must

Responsibilities:
  • This position requires serving customers while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Arrives for shifts in a clean uniform and maintains good hygiene.
  • Trained to be well-versed in all menu items and daily specials, as well as all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Take orders while suggesting and upselling menu items and specials.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist co-workers when necessary.
  • Takes initiative and shares ideas to improve the quality of service when the opportunity arises.

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
