About MFG (Market Fresh Gourmet)

MFG (Market Fresh Gourmet) is a growing restaurant group built on strong teams, great food, and opportunities to grow. We currently operate multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts in Mishawaka, Indiana, including Corndance Tavern, Evil Czech Brewery, Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar, and Carnegie Library Special Events, with continued expansion underway through Summit Steak Bar, our newest concept.

Each location has its own style, pace, and loyal following, giving team members the chance to build skills across different areas of hospitality while growing within a company that values hard work and teamwork.

Corndance Tavern is a farm-to-fork steakhouse and seafood restaurant known for premium cuts, fresh ingredients, and a commitment to quality. Over the years, we developed concepts like Bourbon & Butcher within the Corndance operation, highlighting our in-house butcher program and our commitment to craftsmanship. That butcher tradition continues behind the scenes today as part of how we prepare and serve high-quality meats every day.

Carnegie Library Special Events is our private event venue, hosting weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations for up to 175 guests.

Located on the upper level of Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar, our in-house butcher shop offers locally sourced meats, while our commissary kitchen produces house-made products for all our restaurant locations.
