- Prepare and cook food items on the grill, including meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and meets restaurant quality standards.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen.
- Monitor grill temperature, cooking times, and food safety guidelines.
- Restock and prepare ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Work efficiently in a team environment to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Handle food storage and waste management according to health regulations.
- Assist with additional food preparation tasks as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
- Able to communicate effectively with managers and kitchen personnel
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
